Let’s see who was disagree with me:
Adrastea0413 from Washington, DC Metro and medialint from “\\Firecrate\”.
Both gives me negative feedback and my account marked as “Grachyov Negative: is most likely a SPAMMER and a traitor to the cause.”
So, Washington and “\\Firecrate\” really expensive.

Arbitration/mediation result

A miscommunication took place on this project. When raster (the buyer) tried to download and extract the files from RAC site and test the work, Win Xp compressor did not extract the files and it requested for a password to complete the extraction. TakeReal (the seller) alleged that they had not set any passwords on the uploaded work and they could extract the files properly. On investigation it was determined that RAC could download and extract the files properly. It was determined that raster could not extract them because of the long path they were using and win xp was showing the incorrect error. Hence this arbitration was concluded neutrally. It was also determined that 83% of the funds should be awarded to Takereal. All the remaining funds were refunded back to Raster.

For certain, I can’t recommend my buyer to other coders.
